Red Kado E-Gift Cards do not have an expiry date and are delivered by email after purchase. They are redeemable online at RedKado.com.
Using your E-Gift Card
- Enter the gift card code at checkout to redeem it.
- If your order total exceeds the available gift card balance, you can pay the difference using another accepted payment method.
- If the full balance is not used, the remaining value stays available for a future purchase.
- E-Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase another gift card.
Refunds and returns
Products purchased with an E-Gift Card are subject to the Red Kado Return & Exchange Policy. Where an approved refund relates to an amount originally paid by gift card, that amount will be returned as gift card/store credit as applicable. Amounts paid by another payment method may be refunded to that original payment method.
Cash redemption
E-Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for cash except where required by law.
Lost, stolen or incorrectly addressed E-Gift Cards
Please check the recipient email address carefully before completing your purchase. Red Kado is not responsible for an E-Gift Card delivered to an incorrect email address supplied by the purchaser. If you believe a gift card has been lost, stolen or used without permission, contact info@redkado.com as soon as possible.
Fraud and misuse
We may suspend or cancel a gift card where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, deception or other unlawful activity.
