How much is shipping in Australia?
Standard delivery is free Australia-wide on orders over $100. Shipping options and any applicable charges are shown at checkout.
How quickly will my order be sent?
Orders placed before 2pm AEST on weekdays are generally dispatched the same business day. During busy periods, please allow 1–2 business days for processing.
Do you ship overseas?
We currently ship internationally to New Zealand only.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Tracking details are provided once your order has been dispatched.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange an item?
Eligible change-of-mind returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days, provided the item is unused, unworn, unwashed and in resalable condition with original packaging and tags where applicable. Please see our Return & Exchange Policy for full conditions and exclusions.
What if my item is faulty or incorrect?
Please contact us with your order number and details of the issue. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited by our change-of-mind policy.

Yes. Red Kado focuses on genuine branded products sourced for our Australian retail and online businesses.
Do you sell Australian-made UGG products?
We stock a mix of UGG products, including selected Australian-made styles. Check the individual product description for manufacturing information.
